Clear Smiles Alaska is happy to aid patients with the insurance reimbursement process! The office does not accept insurance cards as a form of payment or bill insurance companies directly. Patients are fully responsible for all fees incurred by this office, regardless of their orthodontic insurance coverage. We recommend you call your insurance company and confirm your amount of orthodontic coverage before starting treatment, so you know exactly how much to expect in reimbursement.

Medicaid, Medicare, Denali KidCare

Clear Smiles Alaska does not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Denali KidCare. These are medical aid programs that do not consistently cover orthodontic treatment such as metal braces or Invisalign. Medicaid, Medicare, and Denali KidCare often cover common services from dental offices but Clear Smiles Alaska treats patients of all age for any orthodontic reason, whether medically necessary or cosmetic, and cannot rely on these programs to fulfill patients’ financial obligations.
