For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, and personal checks. We have several financing options for those starting treatment at Clear Smiles Alaska. The first two options are in-house, interest-free, and are as follows:

• A $2,000 down payment due at time of signing the Treatment Contract, followed by monthly payments (the number of payments is determined by length of treatment)

• A 5% discount is given to those who decide to pay their entire treatment in full

We also participate with Chase Health Advance to finance treatment for those looking for extended monthly payment arrangements. Those interested can apply online at www.chasehealthadvance.com after they have had an Initial Examination with Dr. Sparaga. Chase Health Advance offers two extended payment options:

• 24 monthly interest-free payments without a down payment

• 48 monthly payments, with interest, without a down payment
